      为分析涡轮外环具体结构对温度的影响,在确定的流动与边界条件下,以某型发动机高压涡轮外环为研究对象并进行 一定简化,应用3 维数值模拟手段计算和分析了不同冲击距离对外环温度最大值及分布的影响,在综合考虑外环温度水平和分布 均匀程度的约束下给出了冲击距离的最优值为冲击孔距离的6.5 倍。具有较为实用的工程指导意义。

      In order to analyze the influence of shrouds structure on temperature袁a HPT shrouds was taken as the research object and simplified under certain flow and boundary conditions. This paper used 3D numerical simulation method to calculate and analyze the influence of impingement distance on shrouds surface maximum temperature and temperature distribution in the steady state, and recommended the optimized impingement distance as 6.5 times as the aperture by considering the temperature level and distribution of the shrouds. These works could direct and benefit the HPT casing design and improvement.
