      为研究风扇叶片飞失情况下结构保险装置设计,总结了国内外相关研究的手段和方法。为了能够从正向设计的角度认 识结构保险的设计过程,回顾了结构保险的设计理论,分析了风扇叶片飞失典型适航条款要求和物理过程及该在过程中大涵道比 发动机的受力情况。讨论了6 种可能布置结构保险装置的位置,并从中总结出2 种比较合适的布置方案,包括主要结构保险和次要 结构保险的形式。研究结果表明:结构保险必须基于发动机结构和载荷的特点;单一的结构保险往往不能起到良好的效果,需要多 个保险配合作用才能发挥效用;结构保险布置方案的选择不仅会影响其是否有效,还会产生其他连带的危险故障模式,必须在保险 结构方案设计中仔细研究。
英文摘要:
      In order to investigate the structural fuse design, the research methods and equipments were summarized at domestic and overseas. And to understand the original design process, the structural fuse design theory was reviewed, the typical airworthiness clauses and the physical process during the Fan Blade Off event were analyzed, and the load distribution of a typical high bypass ratio turbofan engine was analyzed. Six potential structural fuse design positions were discussed, two suitable plans were introduced, which included primary and the second structural fuse form. The result shows that structural fuse design must be based on the characters of the engine structure and the fan blade off load, only one structural fuse is usually lose efficacy, thereby mutli-fuse design may have suitable result, and the positions of the structural fuse can influence the effect of the structural fuse, can also introduce some associated failure modes with hazards, so the positions must be researched carefully during the structural fuse design.
