      某型涡轴发动机在低温环境下由于供油流量偏低多次起动失败,为此提出了1 种优化的转速速率闭环起动控制规律, 并根据发动机实际使用情况设计了供油限制线。经高空台验证,结果表明:采用优化的起动控制规律提高了发动机对低温环境下流 量偏差的容忍能力,可解决该型发动机低温环境下起动失败问题。
英文摘要:
      Because of low fuel supply,a turbo-shaft engine fail to start repeatedly under low temperature environment. Thus an optimal speed rate closed loop startup control law was proposed. The fuel supply limit line was also designed according to the engine actual service condition. Through Altitude Test Facility (ATF),it reveals that the engine tolerance capability to fuel bias can be improved by optimized startup control law,which can solve the issue of startup failure in low temperature condition.
