为提高非设计状态下发动机总体性能预估精度,发展了0D/2D 耦合总体性能预估方法。针对某型3 轴涡轮螺旋桨发动机
建立了基于T-MATS 平台的涡桨发动机总体性能0D 仿真模型。对涡桨发动机可用功分配提出了2 种优化方案。对原方案和2 种优
化方案的自由涡轮、尾喷管2 个部件进行了2D 流道和叶型设计,通过S1 流面与通流CFD 计算验证了所设计部件的气动性能满足
发动机总体性能指标要求。为提高非设计状态下发动机总体性能预估精度,采用0D/2D 耦合总体性能预估方法分析了3 种方案。结
果表明:优化方案1 使发动机当量耗油率在设计、巡航、地面状态分别降低2.1%、1.2%、2.0% |

To improve predicting accuracy of overall performance for off-design points,a 0D/2D coupling method is developed.Forcus
on a three-spool turboprop,a 0D overall performance simulation model for the performance of turboprop based on T-MATS is established.
Two optimum plans to the distribution for useful output are presented. A 2D flow-path and balde design method are developed to free
turbine and jet pipe in the original plan and two optimized plans. Through S1 flow surface and through flow CFD calculation, aerodynamic
performance of designed component meets the target of overall performance of engine. In order to improve predicting accuracy of engine
overall performance inuoff-design points,a 0D/2D coupling overall performance prediction method was adopted to analyze three plans. The
results show that Plan 1 reduces equivalent specific fuel consumption for 2.11% at design point,1.2% at cruise point and 2% at ground state. |
