      为了研究离心载荷下的叶片激振试验技术,在气涡轮油激励旋转激振试验平台上,以某航空发动机高压涡轮叶片为对 象,选择不同喷嘴型号、喷嘴数和压力流量条件进行了油激励试验。试验结果表明:对于同类叶片,试验选用P 型喷嘴获得的振动响 应最大,不同流量的P 型喷嘴效果相似;针对该型叶片的1 阶振动,在液体激振情况下激振因数为14E 下的响应远大于28E 下的 响应;对于确定的试验状态,控制参数存在最优值,可使激振响应达到最大

      In order to research the excitation vibration test technology of blade under centrifugal load,taking a certain aeroengine high pressure turbine blade as an object,oil excitation test was carried out with different nozzle types,nozzle number and pressure flow conditions on the gas-turbine oil excitation rotating platform of excitation vibration test. The test results show that the vibration response obtained by using P-shaped nozzle is the largest for the same blade,and the effect of P-shaped nozzle with different flow rates is similar. For the first order vibration of this type of blade,the response under the excitation vibration factor of 14E is much larger than that of 28E. For a certain test state,the control parameters have an optimum value,which can make the excitation vibration response reach the maximum.
