      为了研究中心分级燃烧室的流场特性及主燃级旋流器旋流数对中心回流区的影响,采用数值模拟方法对2 种不同主燃 级旋流数的头部结构下的出口流场开展了对比研究,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:主燃级部分旋流气体与预燃级掺混,参与影响 中心回流区的形成;主燃级旋流数的变化对头部流场分布有显著影响。主燃级旋流数减少,使主燃级径向尺寸增加,径向分区明显;使预燃级回流区位置后移,涡心向火焰筒中心靠拢
英文摘要:
      In order to study the flow field characteristics of concentric staged combustor and the effect of the main stage swirl number on the central recirculation zone,a contrastive study was carried out on the outlet flow field under the head structure of two different main stage swirl number by numerical simulation and the test verification was completed. The results show that the mixing of the main stage swirl gas with the pilot is involved in the formation of the central recirculation zone. The variation of the main stage swirl number has a significant effect on the distribution of the head flow field. When the main stage swirl number decreases,the radial dimension of the main stage increases, radial division become obvious;the recirculation zone of pilot moves backward,and the vortex moves closer to the center of the flame tube.
