      针对采用传统工艺方法在拆卸轴上过盈配合零件时费时费力且易对配合面造成损伤等问题,根据超声振动的功率、传 递等相关特性,设计了1 种新型拆卸系统,其工作时过盈配合零件在轴向作用力和高频轴向振动的共同作用下从轴件上分解下 来。该系统设计主要利用传输矩阵法对系统的振动子进行设计建模,通过振动拆卸对比试验,从拆卸压力峰值、试验件表面温度和 表面质量等方面对拆卸效果进行验证,试验结果表明:超声振动能有效减小分解时所需的轴向拆卸力,提高轴上过盈配合零件的拆 卸效率,且不会对配合面造成损伤
英文摘要:
      In view of the problem that the traditional process method was difficult to remove the axile interference fitting parts and easily cause damage to the fitting surface,a new kind of disassembly system was designed according to the power and transmission characteristics of ultrasonic vibration. The interference fitting parts decomposed from the shaft parts under the combined action of axial force and high frequency axial vibration. The vibrator of system was designed mainly by the transfer matrix method. Through the comparative test of vibration disassembly,the disassembly effect was verified from the peak value of the disassembly pressure,the surface temperature and the surface quality of the test article. The test results show that ultrasonic vibration can effectively reduce the axial disassembly force required for decomposition,improve the disassembly efficiency of the axile interference fitting parts,and will not cause damage to the fitting surface.
