      为了规范使用航空发动机燃烧试验测试系统和试验数据计算方法,提出了1 种新的测试系统结构。该系统统一了试验 数据输出格式,方便了试验数据入库管理,降低了软件使用维护成本并提高试验质量和效率。建立了基于组态王OPC(用于过程控制 OLE)的通用燃烧室试验测试系统,其中的采集与试验系统分别采用VC 和VB 语言开发。本系统已成功应用于不同燃烧室试验器测 试系统的搭建并完成多项试验任务,缩短了测试系统的开发周期,降低了测试系统的维护成本,提高了燃烧室试验的质量和效率。
英文摘要:
      In order to standardly use the aeroengine combustion chamber test system and the test data calculation method,a new measurement system structure was proposed. The system unified the output format of the test data,facilitated the storage and management of the test data,reduced the cost of using and maintaining the software,and improved the quality and efficiency of the test. The general combustion chamber test measurement system based on the kingview OPC(used for the process control OLE) was established,in which the acquisition and test system were developed by VC and VB language,respectively. The system has been successfully applied to the construction of different combustion chamber test measurement systems and completed many test tasks,which improved the development cycle of the measurement system,the maintenance cost of the measurement system,the quality and efficiency of the combustion chamber test.
