      为了探求叶片平均频率对失谐叶盘振动响应的影响规律,采用有限元缩减模型分别对谐调叶盘和失谐叶盘进行振动响 应分析,通过振动局部化因子对失谐叶盘振动局部化特性进行评估,获得了不同叶片平均频率和失谐标准差下叶盘系统的振幅和 应变能分布,以及失谐叶盘振动局部化特性。结果表明:随着失谐标准差的增大,失谐叶盘振动幅值呈减小趋势,同时共振带变宽; 在平均频率为1.0044 时出现了严重的振动局部化现象,在失谐标准差为5%时,叶盘振动局部化程度较轻。
英文摘要:
      In order to explore the influence rule of blade mean frequency on the vibration response of mistuned bladed disk,the finite element reduction model was used to analyze the vibration response of tuned bladed disk and mistuned bladed disk,and the vibration localization characteristics of mistuned bladed disk were evaluated by vibration localization factor. The amplitude and strain energy distribution of the blade disk system with different blade mean frequency and mistuned standard deviation were obtained,and vibration localization characteristics of mistuned bladed disk were obtained. The results show that with the increase of mistuned standard deviation, the vibration amplitude of mis-tuned bladed disk decreases,and the resonance band widens. When the average frequency is 1.0044,there is a serious phenomenon of vibration localization,and when the mistuned standard deviation is 5%,the degree of vibration localization is lighter.
