Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of shrouds structure on temperature袁a HPT shrouds was taken as the research object and simplified under certain flow and boundary conditions. This paper used 3D numerical simulation method to calculate and analyze the influence of impingement distance on shrouds surface maximum temperature and temperature distribution in the steady state, and recommended the optimized impingement distance as 6.5 times as the aperture by considering the temperature level and distribution of the shrouds. These works could direct and benefit the HPT casing design and improvement.
