Abstract:In order to study the influence of disturbance on aeroengine system and improve the anti-disturbance ability of control sys? tem,a component level model of geared turbofan engine(GTF)with large bypass ratio was established by Model Based Design method (MBD). Based on the mechanism of engine disturbance,the models of atmospheric turbulence disturbance and power extraction distur? bance were established. The engine rotor speed controller was designed based on the linear active disturbance rejection control(LADRC) method. The engine model,disturbance model and control algorithm were integrated and verified on the full digital simulation platform and hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)simulation platform. The results show that the anti-disturbance ability of LADRC controller is more than 20% higher than that of PID controller in speed and other important performance indexes when the engine is facing these kinds of disturbances. LADRC control has better robustness and anti-disturbance ability,which ensures the smooth operation of the engine,and lays a good foun? dation for the application of LADRC in practical aviation engineering.
